What People's Say About Place

Shrimp, shrimp, shrimps! This is a standalone food truck in a huge parking lot. Nothing fancy and doesn’t look like much. But their shrimp tacos are yummy! I got 2 special shrimp tacos. The shrimp is a tad more done than my preference but it was amazing. My husband and son tried one of each on the menu. And their favorite, special shrimp tacos! Even though it is in a parking lot. They do provide clean bathroom that is located inside a big empty building. We were there after sunset so It was a long walk in the dark before I reach the bathroom. I suggest going in groups of 2, just to be cautious.

Baja tacos has great food, great hospitality. The owners are super sweet and super generous. The shrimp tacos were so good. I need to plan a trip to have some more soon!

Out and about on a taco prowl and decided to stop and check out Baja Tacos. It was raining pretty good when we went and I was impressed they were still out working hard. The parking lot they’re in is quite large so no worry about parking. There are tables under a canopy if you’d like to sit and grab some food instead of taking it home or eating in your car. We were greeted right away. It smelled so wonderful and I was excited and so hungry. We decided on three asada taco, shrimp taco (one of my favorites) and queso Birria with of course consommé. We also picked up a Coke to drink. We took a seat and waited. I was shocked at how fast everything was ready. It was pretty cold out so we opted to sit in our vehicle. Everything was delicious! The consommé full of flavor and meat tender. The asada just as great and both the green and red salsa were hot and tasty. By far my favorite was the shrimp taco. I liked the way they did their tortillas . Topping were fresh and plenty of shrimp. Prices were fair and I can’t wait to come back and order twice and much ha ha ha.

Baja Tacos always slaps!! We come almost every week. The shrimp tacos, la tortilla asada and quesadillas are my favorite! We love the baja fries too. When they have the hot dog stand up. Hope it comes back soon. Customer service is always great!!

Theres a place just down the street that is known for the best tacos around, and it is good. But these ones are in my opinion even better. Everytime I come by they remember me. GET THE CHIPOTLE CREMA SAUCE!

First time here, and ordered three tacos: carne asada, pastor, and shrimp. All three had great flavor. The shrimp was the best; followed by the asada and pastor. Accompanying the tacos were three sauces. I don’t care for super spicy sauces; so I avoided the red, and tried the green and secret (creamy) sauces. The secret sauce had a nice kick. To drink I had a Coca-Cola. Before leaving I grabbed a Fresca to go. Only downsides were the tortillas used - yellow corn instead of white corn, no refried beans & rice, and dining outside which becomes rough in the Summer. Very good experience as service was the bomb… the woman suggested the shrimp taco. Had a good sense of humor as well. Can’t go wrong eating here. WARNING ~ two weeks I’ve come here hoping to try the Birria, and they were out. If you’re coming here for Birria, call ahead to see if they have it. It’s very popular. One would think that enough product would be made to meet demand; yes? I’m disappointed as they had promised to have it, and they didn’t.

My favorite tacos spot!! Have to get the specialty shrimp tacos they are so good. Aubrey is so nice everytime I come here for lunch she takes good care of me

A few months ago we were looking for some more authentic style street tacos, and based on reviews we decided to give Baja a try— and they hit every mark of what we were wanting! The meat is fantastic and flavorful, the food is fresh & authentic, reasonably priced, and pretty dang decent portions! The carne tacos are tasty, but the shrimp tacos are 1,000% where it’s at! The shrimp is so insanely good, and the tortilla has a perfect crunch to it. We’ve ate here about 6 times over the last 2 months, because we can’t help but crave them! They’re SOOOO good. Their sauces are great too; the red has a good kick, green has good flavor, and the chipotle is a must to put on every meat they offer— it’s that good. I will say the pastor is a bit sweet for our liking, but still not terrible, and if you’re a pastor fan, I’m sure you’ll like it! P.S the carne tacos don’t come with cabbage on them. You have to order that if you like it, like we do!
